Instead of giving your own answer, players place bets on whose answer is the most correct. So, if you have friends with specialized knowledge of topic it’s easy to bet on them to win. Like a faster version of the “Mafia Game,” Cash N Guns is a game well versed in the seedy side of life. The main goal of the game is to get away with as much “loot” as possible. In order to do so, a player must be willing to “gun down,” the competition. To add more adventure each round begins with a standoff, with each player pointing their guns at each other to try and grab the most loot. But why doesn’t everyone just shoot each other dead? Well, that’s the catch, each player is only equipped with three bullets to last the entirety of the game. Pay very special attention to your opponents in this game, as it may help you win when you call a players ‘bluff,’ and run away with all the loot.

In Pass the Blame, this might be the game they’ve been playing their entire life, but now is the chance to see how good they really are. Pass the Blame’s entire premise is to make the best excuse to get out of unfortunate situations. Each round sees players presented with a card with a given situation, players must then write down who’s to blame for the situation, and why. Answers are then scored based on the best and worst excuses given. So, give that person with excuses an actual reason to come up with their tall tales.

This game is so much fun. Pretend you’re on a late night show with the hosts being your closest friends. If you’re in the guest spot, you have to answer questions about yourself. In this game players have to defend their firmly held beliefs about who they think would win a particular fight and why. Players choose a character card and then combine it with an attribute card to create their fighters. Then, head-to-head battles with other players will determine who is the ultimate fighter. Meanwhile, the rest of the players vote on who could possibly win these matchups. Caution: lots of screaming may incur.

(A meme is an idea, behavior, style, or usage that spreads from person to person within a culture. – Merriam Webster Dictionary.) But, if you’ve ever thought about creating a clever meme, but don’t know how to go about it, this is the game for you. Caption cards are paired with photo cards to create hilarious internet worthy memes. Each round players must pair the cards together and the best meme will be decided by votes from the rest of the group.
Drunk, Stoned or Stupid

This game may start an argument or two, but it’s still worth the hilarity and fun that ensues. Each round a judge picks a cord with an attribute, for instance, “sings, but shouldn’t.” The judge then hands the card to the player to their left who in turn hands the card off to someone they think fits the description. The goal of the game is to have the fewest cards possible at the end. Note, this game is not for the faint of heart, so play with only those who aren’t afraid to call each other out on their stuff.
One-Night Ultimate Werewolf

This game is loads of fun, coupled with fantastical beasts. Each player is assigned a role, usually secret. They can be either a Werewolf, Seer, or Troublemaker. All of the players will be divided into two teams, either Villager or Werewolf. During the “night phase” of the game, the werewolf will stalk and kill its prey and it’s up to the remaining players to determine who among them is the werewolf. This game has a bit of technology to add to it as an app must be downloaded on smartphones to play.

This game is for all those Debbie Downers in your life. The goal of the game is for players to rain on each other’s parade, essentially. But they do it in the most creative way possible. Players are given a special circumstance, for example, a superpower, an occupation, or dream. Each player must then give those special traits a “stipulation” so as to inhibit those circumstances. A judge will determine which is the funniest stipulation and the winner wins the round.

Each player is given a handful of white cards which they must then use to match, or answer, questions posed by the black cards. The funniest (usually most absurd) answer wins. This game is sure to erupt in loud laughter, arguments, and maybe even a little distrust. Play at your own risk. Players attempt to deduce each other’s identities. Even better, the background of the game is set in an imaginary battle between a resistance group that is attempting to overthrow a corrupt government, meanwhile, government spies are attempting to infiltrate the resistance group. It’s a game about trust, or better yet lack thereof as each player attempts to throw others off their trail, while simultaneously working for their cause. Expect a glass or two to go tipping over.

Another game where players have to guess each other’s secret roles, this time with dice. In this Wild Western game, players can be sheriff, bandits, deputies or townspeople gone rogue. No one is who they really say they are, and anyone can turn on anyone at any given time. Truly a game of wit, with all expectations thrown out the window. This game will have you second guessing everyone around you.
These games are a must have if you want your party to be as memorable as possible. Don’t hesitate to mix and match especially on game nights where anything and everything can happen.
